Eva Mendes is an American model and actress. A talent agent who saw her talent and noted her talents encouraged her to enter the entertainment industry. After much consideration she decided to drop out of the school to join the realm of entertainment. Following a disappointment with her performance in the film, she decided to make her debut with Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. It took her some time to develop her acting and she starred in several low-budget productions attempt to showcase her skills. The path to becoming an actor was not easy and she performed well thanks to her strength of character and perseverance. The acting career began when she was able to earn not only praise but also appreciation for her part as a character in Training Day.
